This week we will add Tuesday 5:00 P.M. classes at the Sherman Oaks East Valley Adult Center. Going forward we will have Beginners class Tuesday and Wednesday at 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Higher ranks can stay for extra weapons, sparring and additional training. 6:00 - 6:45 P.M.
