Activities:
We will have games like Volleyball, Football, Frisbie going on. You're encouraged to bring family games/activities. Corn Hole would be great!! We do need a few tables for the food. Also Ki bring your charis. There will not be a 10:30 class. (Black Belts/advanced class only 8:30) All In!!!
Here's a great way to practice "get there first". This is part of using your mind to stay safe. Student are learning awareness, avoidance and assertiveness over several weeks during class
