Butternut Squash and Apple Salad

Here's a Fall favorite to share!

Ingredients:
1 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
2 apples, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Toss the butternut squash, apples, and pecans with the maple syrup, olive oil,salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, or until the butternut squash is tender.
Serve warm or cold.
