Usain Bolt has run 27.3 mph! The F22 Raptor Jet can fly 1,355 mph! A Cheetah has been clocked at 70 mph and a Z51 Corvette can speed 184 mph on a closed coarse.
This week Students will be practicing drills to help them improve speed and their knowledge about it. Does building strength help us gain more speed? How does resistance effort our ability to have speed? Why is practicing Hyung so important to help us make speed?
